After a previous traumatic experience with waxing at a different salon I was very reluctant to have a wax again. I explained my anxieties to Alina and she was so considerate and understanding. She made me feel very comfortable at all times. Very good quality wax. I left the salon feeling myself and SO HAPPY. I 100% recommend !
