I had a post op lymphatic drainage massage and was so nervous going as I'm a little bit tender. Getting there simone talked me through everything and I felt comfortable immediately then the actual massage WOW I left walking taller and feeling lighter. She applied the perfect pressure whilst talking me through even helping me on and off the bed and I cannot wait to go again! She gave me advice to help my healing process and some tips and tricks for recovery. It really was the loveliest experience
