Overall, my nails turned out decently in hindsight. However, I was initially annoyed because Hannah cut my nails down too short/didn't listen to what I said properly. They are different lengths, which I think is pretty basic stuff to get right when doing nails. I wish we could go back to what salons actually are; a space to get pampered and feel good/nice - not like you're a number they're trying to get out the seat for the next customer!
