When I arrived it was clear the staff were not prepared or aware of my booking as I had to wait 40mins before being seen. I communicated what I wanted with the hairdresser as per my booking, but there was some misunderstanding on her part. However, this was resolved and I was happy with the final result. Please note, that you will have to pay an additional £15 for clips and hair donut. This salon should fix their treat well booking system to avoid any future problems.

Both the lash lift and eyebrows threading were incredible. My eyebrows were threaded exactly how I wanted them too. The lash lift looks amazing!

I booked and paid online which was really straightforward but when I got to the salon there was some confusion on the amount I had paid which was £40 for infills and simple pedicure- the treatments were good but I had to pay a further £35 which I guess was a reasonable, competitive price. I was visiting from Kent so this was a one off - the prices were comparable with my usual salon but felt a bit miffed that the online pricing was misleading. Having said this I would go to this salon again.
