One of the staff welcomed me into the salon, straight away offered me a coffee and asked me to take a seat in the little waiting area. All the staff are friendly and it wasn't overly crowded or noisy in the salon which was nice.
Nicola checked in with what I wanted for my hair, what I wanted to achieve in the long term and spoke to me about how we can achieve this. I got the colour that I wanted and she was me advice about products, treatments between my colour and shampoos to prevent build up.
