Very helpful with stretches to do at home after treatment. Not exactly the deep tissue massage you’d want, keep in mind that it is a physio instead

Effective deep tissue massage, with a consultation beforehand to discuss any issues and to get my history and any particular aches/pains. Great massage, focusing on tight spots and I left feeling much looser and un-knotted. Would recommend.
