Told & showed her pics of how short I wanted hair - explicitly told her I had been let down by previous hairdressers who seem to be afraid to cut it the length I want.She cut it wet & told her to go shorter, she insisted she dried it first &then I could decide if I wanted it shorter again. Once dried I said yes shorter pls, she said “I mean it’s pretty short” & was clearly annoyed. Once done she said it “looked fine” despite noticing the disappointment on my face. Waste of money want full refun
