Walked into salon wet through and over an hour early. Was seated, given a coffee and some magazines to read. When Reem had finished the haircut before mine she came straight to me earlier than my appointment time. She listened to me and cut my hair just as I wished. She is a lovely lady. Then I went out into the worst rain I've seen but still my hair was OK when I got home
