Absolutely disappointed with this experience. I booked a hair cut for my sister before our holiday. She requested a simple straight hair cut- the stylist was unable to cut her hair straight. This meant, whilst we were on our first holiday in over 2 years, she had a horrible haircut. Booked an appointment to have it fixed on return. Again, jagged edges for a simple straight cut with no layers! Disappointed and will not book again.
