The stylist was nice but I am really disappointed with the haircut
1) my hair got brushed very harshly, I was in a lot of pain as i could feel it being pulled out of my scalp
3) I got burned by the hairdryer and then my damp hair got straightened, which is very damaging for dry hair
4) it then got cut DRY and the haircut turned out to be uneven with really bad and very visible layers
5) after i complained, I didn’t get an apology and got told to rebook with the same stylist.Very Disappointed

Jenny was so lovely. Before washing my hair she asked what my scalp was like and used a conditioner based on that - something that I have not experienced before at any salon. I recieved such a lovely cut; Jenny listened to exactly what I wanted. She also curled my hair afterwards. Will definitely be visiting again. Such good value for money!
