Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
I was unhappy with the way I was treated during my appointment today. I arrived on time and was immediately asked to come back in an hour as the stylist wasn't experienced in afro hair. I tried to explain that all I wanted was for my hair to be washed & blow dried straight (hardly a specialist service) before I put my hair in box braids but I was just dismissed. I felt really uncomfortable/upset about this and the only reason I came back is because I had pre-paid for my appointment.

Had my haircut by the lovely Theo! Who was absolutely brilliant! Listened to exactly what I wanted and also gave advise on the hairstyle! He made me feel completely at ease from the get go and was warm and welcoming through out! The salon obviously was different due to covid but I felt completely fine and safe and will be re booking again! Highly recommend!
