Good experience at Nicky Oliver. The place was clean and measures were in place for the covid situation. Kit was a great stylist, he asked questions about my hair, its condition and the kind of style I wanted. The hair wash and massage was very pleasant and the overall haircut was just as required.

Hair wasn’t cut straight, asked for long layers got short layers that weren’t blended into the hair. Cut was uneven. Asked for a refund and it to be rectified, intended book me in with the same person, had to ask for someone different. Got a great stylist second time round who was less senior. Refused to refund for cutting my hair wonky - would not go back!
