The venue was so loud that it was impossible to have a conversation with the hairdresser without shouting. I was not listened to/heard, I asked for a trim and came out with very obvious layers. When i asked what she was doing, she said 'I'm giving you layers, is that alright?' after the fact. I understand she had had a long day, but I felt like my hair was rushed as it was after 4pm, so a bit of constructive criticism would just be please take the time to be clearer on what the client wants.

Changed my appointment from Kit to another stylist on the morning of the appointment, I was looking forward to Kit cutting my hair as he had great reviews on the website. I wasn't given any explanation as to why this changed and the stylist I did get was none the wiser. Haircut was OK but not convinced she was a Senior Stylist and after specifically asking me how long I wanted my fringe cut it too short. Apart from that it was OK
