I paid £20 for my nails to be absolutely ruined and filed down to nothing. I had already done half of the removal myself and still was charged the full amount. My nails are still so painful and it was 3 days ago. An electric nail file was used on me for long periods of time which was burning and causing a lot of pain. She never told me to say if it was painful so I thought it was normal. I messaged Nicole directly not long after I had them removed but I am still waiting on a resolution. I previously reviewed my gel extensions but they also kept snapping through no fault of my own. I wish I removed the nails myself, it would have been less painful and so much cheaper.

Nicole was very thoughtful today and did a brilliant temporary but lovely treatment so that my nails would last through my holiday.
