Whilst Nicole is pleasant and knowledgeable I am slightly disappointed in my service. I had several age spots and raised areas treated with cryotherapy. The raised spots don't appear to have been affected at all and the others have darkened as expected but there is still hyperpigmentation visible. I expected better results. Otherwise Nicole and the facility are wonderful.
