Had a wash & cut. It was my first time at Nico, although having lived around the corners for years. The staff were lovely and they accomodated me even earlier than my set appointment. The only thing they didn't really do was - take some time to see my hair before the cut and talk it through what I needed. Although the hair was good - I think some more TLC would have been nice to have. My hair was a little shorter than I hoped for but overall the haircut was lovely. (45min apt done in 30 mins)
