Superb!! I got my hair highlighted and cut by Niha herself and she was simply fab - she spent time to understand what I wanted, made good suggestions and I was really happy with the result.
It'll soon be time for me to book another appointment which I definitely will in the coming week, and this time I'll also take my mum along for a bit of pampering!

Overall it was lovely
Was offered hot drinks and cold beverages.
Asked if I would be able to get nails taken off and was told yes however beautician in charge that it couldn't be done, not happy about that as she gave no reason why despite me informing her I was told this could be done.
Other than that the beautician taking care of me was amazing gentle and so pleasant to chat with.
