Yet again another problem with my booking and they didnt have me booked in on their system. Probably not their fault but apparently the girl who was meant to do my treatment called sick so I didnt receive a cancellation or anything. Going forward I'll book directly with the salon to avoid this for a third time.
Nana was my beauty consultant and she did a really good job. It is two weeks since I got my nails done and they are still going strong. She was very kind and made my experience there as enjoyable as it could be.
I say could be as the manager/owner of the shop was really rude to Nana while we were there. She was very argumentative and confrontational which made me feel very uncomfortable. It’s a shame she was so ill mannered as it had the potential to be a really nice experience.
