Staff are always lovely and the environment is clean and well presented. My review would have been 5 stars, only my nails were a bit rushed as the lady had someone waiting. Other than that, a great experience as always🙂

Gin was great and created some comfortable nails for me . We make this a regular stop for maintenance. The negavite is that the they have hand rest so it can be a bit uncomfortable.

Extremely disappointed with how unprofessional the staff were. I booked a 10am appointment and when I went the shop wasn’t open. I waited outside for 20mins before giving up. This shows their commitment, which is poor. Don’t offer appointments you can’t keep.

I arrived in plenty of time for my 11:30 appt however at 11:45 the therapist had said my booking had been made for 12 so I waited til 12. There was another lady there that offered me a drink and kept me company so just abit frustrating that the treatwell booking had different times on my confirmation than they had in their system. The treatment itself was good and Jinn did a great job of removing my stubborn acrylics. The owner Niha arrived and ended up doing a further treatment for me unexpectedly so I was really pleased and happy with the service, the staff there are lovely.
