The salon was okay but the overall experience was average. I booked in with the director, can’t remember his name, who took my coat but suggested I leave my handbag at the front of the shop! He was interrupted multiple tomes by various staff to help customers, telling me that other staff members need more training to be able to be equip to deal with customers on their own. My 10 o’clock app ended up starting at 10:10 and I didn’t leave till 11, I was only booked in for a 30min cut. The cut was alright but the blow dry fell flat even though I asked for lots of volume and an overload of hair spray was used.
Not sure if I’d return, definitely wouldn’t pay full price, I used the Black Friday £10 off on this visit
