I had a lovely massage for a much needed release after having a stiff and painful neck. Rosie was my therapist and she was polite and respectful. I would have preferred the staff and venue to be a little more organised on me getting there in terms of times and also the room, also to be clearer on what was happening, but overall I would definitely return for the same.

I felt I was constantly either pushed to buy products or opt for a pricier treatment, despite making them aware I am on a plan with a dermatologist who has prescribed me Obagi skin care, I was told that the dermalogica is better and I should get that instead. same with the facial, I booked a non dermalogica facial and instantly I was told that I should have gone for the other (more pricier) version. Also my facial treatment should have taken 45 minutes but it was over in 30 minutes, with someone walking in on us mid treatment without even apologising! The room was cold and no background music which meant I could hear the hair dryer noise from the salon. Not all clients who walk through are misinformed or unaware of what products are out there and what works and what doesn't! Such a shame as the place in itself was lovely and the lady who did my facial was pleasant enough during my treatment.
