I received an email immediately after I booked and a reminder the next day. I arrived 15 mns earlier but they got me in a chair and started on my hair straight away. When I mentioned I had an appointment at a certain time, they knew who I was and greeted me by my name! Very professional and friendly staff. Haircut was great too.

Clean professional and friendly. My nail technician was very meticulous but still ensured to talk to me throughout and make me feel comfortable in a new salon.
The salon it’s self was quite large and offered a huge range of treatments.
