I have been coming here for a while now and generally have a good experience. However I popped in earlier to see if they could squeeze me in and I was totally ignored by 2 staff. However Hajar turned my experience around. She was really informative and professional. Hajar really is a huge asset if it wasn't for her I would have probably moved on to another salon.

The worst shop ever in croydon, don’t even book there, when you go they give you different princes they make you wait for literally hours and to get a bad service.
The hygiene is disgusting, they use the same bowls for different clients which mixes colors.
Don’t go there it’s not worth it

Amazing! Hajar was really informative and gave me great tips on how to care for my nails. She was personal, attentive and very professional. The best nail experience I have had to date and I will definitely be back soon!

The pedicure was done by someone who I think may have still been training because she didn’t do as god a job a I usually see at Niha salon. She went over my nail a number of times and didn’t wipe the tacky stuff off after applying the gel. I wasn’t happy with my pedicure but my manicure done by another lady Jin was very good!
I was also charge 7£ to remove gel already on my nails, I think they should mention this when booking. Only three off my finger nails had to have gel taken of but I was still charged full £7.
I will not be coming back to Niha and it’s a shame because I was one of their regular customers.
