I booked and paid £20 via Treatwell for a blow dry. When I arrived I did immediately say I know I have really thick and long hair so if I need to pay a little more at the end I will. During the washing the stylist advised me that my hair is so dry, and I should have a conditioning mask. I thought why not? At the end of the blow dry which was quite uncomfortable, the stylist pulled and yanked a lot, I was advised that I owe an additional £30! When I questioned what for, this was £15 for the conditioning treatment and £15 for taking longer due to my hair for the blow dry! £50 in total for a blow dry is just ridiculous. The finish at the end was lovely but it took a very long time, it was quite uncomfortable and I was very disheartened by the price.
