It was my first time in the salon and I was happy with everything. annum was friendly and made me feel comfortable during the treatment and explained each and every step. Very friendly and efficient too, gave me some great advice. She also showed me around the salon which was very clean and beautiful and introduced me to her manager and her colleagues I felt very welcoming everyone was very nice. Very happy with the result. Thank you
A really bad haircut, I had to go to another hairdresser afterwards so that they could correct it. Stylist didn't listen to what I wanted and on top of that cut it very badly. They charged more than was confirmed when I booked it and wouldn't honour the price I'd been quoted even when I queried it. Please do not spend your money here.
