I have been coming here for the last 10 years and always get the best treatment. Farida knows I have sensitive skin and always caters to look after me personally. On this occasion I had a wedding to go to the next day starting at 8 am so had my hair done the night before. I did exactly as advised to run my fingers through my hair with serum and my hair looked great.
Farida always goes that extra mile to look after me personally and I feel I can be honest with them about what I like and don't like.

I didn’t get any treatment even if I paid for it because this saloon is extremely unprofessional.
Once again I didn’t get my treatment because they had nobody to do it. So why accept my booking when you can’t do it ????

I had a facial from.Rozi and pedicure and shellac from safda. Both of them were amazing and professional!! They really looked after me. I would definitely go again.

I had my haircut by a lovely woman called Nihal (not sure if if spelled that correctly!) Very chatty and did an excellent job with my hair. Andreas has moved on but Nihal is a great addition to the team!
