Went to get eyelashes done. The beauty therapist was named anum she did an amazing job was very professional , the eyelashes looked very natural exactly how I wanted it awarded it five stars. Thankyou
I had the best facial ever. I was attended by annum and she was amazing ,very good face massage felt so relaxed and had a glow on my skin. She was very professional she checked my skin first and then decided what products to use on my skin. During the facial she was also giving me a lot of advise of what I could use for my skin without any side effects. Also had threading done and have awarded it 5 stars. It was my first visit to the salon and it was a great experience. The salon was very clean and beautiful and annum did a great job she was very friendly will definetly be going back thanks.
It's always a pleasure to go to get my treatment done by Jin she makes sures each and every hair is removed and asks to check if she has missed any areas

Heard about the saloon through a friend who went there for haircut.
l went in on Wednesday to do waxing.
The lady I think called Milly that did my waxing made me wait as she was keep chatting to other staff rather than serving a customer, then when she eventually came in she was smelling of a very bad body odour the entire saloon was smelling very funny. I couldn't breath as the smell was very bad.
I would say my experience of this big saloon was very disappointing as the customer service and beauty staff hygiene should have been the priority working so closely with customers. The value was ok but I will never forget how sick the smell made me feel.
