A really bad haircut, I had to go to another hairdresser afterwards so that they could correct it. Stylist didn't listen to what I wanted and on top of that cut it very badly. They charged more than was confirmed when I booked it and wouldn't honour the price I'd been quoted even when I queried it. Please do not spend your money here.

I reached on time to my appointment and the staff started to do my hair, undo my hair and start again.... after 1 hour the hairdresser was still had not completed my hairdo and I had to leave with nothing done. I had made the appointment for hairstyle to attend a wedding. I won't be using Niha in the future or recommending to anyone. I was very disappointed.

Customer service wasn't great and I had to wait a bit but once I sat down i felt like I was in good hands and was pleased with the result.

Had a facial done with annum on thursday, I felt very relaxed throughout and it was a positive experience. My favourite salon for facials. Very happy with the beauty therapist.
