Just embarrassing. the shop says it opens on mondays at 9 am, I had an appointment which I had booked three days ago and got a confirmation email of my appointment. The woman came to open at 10:00am ( which was my appointment time ) . She told me she won't be able to do it that time because the wax was cold, and after she told me that the girl they had is muslim and can't do a bikini. we live in a busy world and I work 6 days a week 11 hours a day, and on my day off I was told that I couldn't do the appointment that I had already received a confirmation for it. I am a spa therapist as well and this is the most unprofessional and embarrassing place I've ever been. Just a hint,next time when people book an appointment is your job to call them and tell them that you can't do something instead of sending confirmation emails that everything is fine with the appointment.

Iv use this salon a good few time the only issue they have is that they are never on time other than that the service is good which they provide
