I booked an appointment for 16:00 and by 16:20 the manicurist still wasn’t ready for me. (It appears there is only one person that does nails) due to commitments I had to leave without getting my nails done. Not happy.

Unfortunately wasn’t able to get nails done but the face wax was done immediately and nicely. Very happy.

the stylist that has gotten this hairdresser the great reviews has left. I arrived having booked a wash, cut and dry and the woman didnt speak English and tried to dry cut my hair. dry cut. I have very difficult hair to layer and she couldn't understand the word stop. dont cut. the manager is quite nice and tried to get me to stay but I left in a near panic. would not go back.

Terrible experience, the lady doing my nails did not know what she was doing. She cut every single one of my fingers, after putting on the acrylic tips they fell off, she didn’t file down the acrylic and I eventually walked out with half done nails as nearly every finger was bleeding! Avoid at all costs
