Heard about the saloon through a friend who went there for haircut.
l went in on Wednesday to do waxing.
The lady I think called Milly that did my waxing made me wait as she was keep chatting to other staff rather than serving a customer, then when she eventually came in she was smelling of a very bad body odour the entire saloon was smelling very funny. I couldn't breath as the smell was very bad.
I would say my experience of this big saloon was very disappointing as the customer service and beauty staff hygiene should have been the priority working so closely with customers. The value was ok but I will never forget how sick the smell made me feel.
Staff are friendly and accommodating. Some staff likes to gossip right in front of customer which is not a very professional look.
The hairdresser was great and managed to do my hair as how I wanted it to be. Overall it was a good experience.
