During the wax, the door was sometimes left open as another colleague continuously was walking in and out to get wax for another customer. The member of staff who dealt with me was very good. More training needs to be given to other members of staff regarding customer service awareness.
My treatment was mostly good- there was a slight mishap but the manicurist was very apologetic and worked hard to put it right. In all, it was a great value manicure and I'm happy with the result.
The salon itself is nice - light, bright and airy and tastefully decorated. I was the only one there at the start, it was quite busy before I left but kot crowded. I'd go here again.
