I was a bit disappointed this time because my favourite person, Rozy wasn't there. But the experience was still good. I would definitely recommend NIHA Cuts as its a nice place to get pampered:)

I arrived at 10 am was seen immediately, very professional, caring and welcoming staff !!! they offered coffee, tea and even the option of one of them going to get something for me to eat, I came in for permanent hair straightening my hair - is Afro Caribbean - a bit below shoulder length, before starting Rabia did a patch test to make sure I could continue. I must say she did a Fantastic job went through a process of 3 washes, 3 blow drys, 3 passes with the straightening iron, as well a trim to get rid of my damages ends and an amazing moisturising treatment - she was patient, gentle and very thorough with everything she did, I am truly impressed with the results and I must say though the process took a while I never felt bored, I will definitely be returning for all my hair needs. I Highly Recommend !!!!!

After getting my hair done I was immediately seen by Zee - she was very friendly, She listened to my ideas on what I wanted and gave me a better result than envisioned ...she took her time and made sure I was happy with the outcome, they look BEAUTIFUL and I will definitely be going back . I Highly Recommend !!!!!
Niha was brilliant from start to finish. Wide knowledge of colouring, I'm naturally blonde and wanted to go lighter, she gave me the options asked how I currently treat my hair and made suggestions. She was thorough and also really friendly. I would recommend to a friend and I will be going back. Thanks Niha!
Zee and her colleges are so friendly, brilliant customer service. The treatments they do are very nice and very professional. Defo will be visiting again. 😬
