Shocking! I left before she finished. I had one member of staff staring at me throughout my visit and the hairdresser simply didn't listen to what I asked for. I showed a picture of how I wanted it dried. When I stopped her as she was drying it straight and it would be like the picture she told me to be patient. The end result was straight hair instead of wavey. When she tried and failed to fix it she told me it was too straight. I ended up walking out
