First visit to Niha, spotlessly clean venue at the time I visited. I had a Dermologica facial however the staff member who delivered it did not ask about my skin and what my current skin concerns were and did not explain the processes involved or the products she would be using. There was no soothing or ambient music playing to create a really soothing spa experience. I did not feel that staff attempted to build rapport with me, so it all felt a little cold, probably wouldn't put me off returning if the price was right but work can be done on the overall atmosphere at Niha. Threading was absolutely perfect, very clean and detailed.

I had a great time at Niha last Friday. The best wax and haircut I have had in years. will definitely recommend. I have given 5 stars for haircut. Faridha did my hair and its beautiful. No rush whatsoever even though it was way past their closing time.
I've been going to Niha mainly when my close friend gets her hair permed or her eyebrows done and I always thought they did a brilliant job so I decided to get my hair permed here and it's the best decision I've made! I've never been so confident with the way I look and I have to thank Rabia for her amazing dedication to getting me the perfect hair style!! I would definitely rate 5 stars!!
