Second time at the salon, booked and early morning appointment so staff were still cleaning so my appointment was late.
However threading was done well and quickly, shape could have been better by the beautician asking me what I wanted before she started.

Never again use this salon. Massage on spine with elbow?! No consultation form, no after massage care. Painful massage, no care was considered noisy atmosphere,staff is not fully qualified for sure be-aware booking any treatment,have no idea abou skin test
Definitely recommend Niha's - After attempting other spas in Clapham, and Norbury, I was impressed with the threading and waxing treatment I had at Niha's in Croydon. All staff were friendly and Zunera, in particular, gave the most painless wax on legs treatment ever! Threading was neat and I was always offered to help myself to post wax cooling gel or lotion afterwards. A huge thank you. See you again.
Quick treatment, I arrived late and the squeezed me in without any problems. Beautician didn't ask how I wanted my brow shape but turned out ok. Upper lip was well done. No cooling gel given. Would come back.

I was recommended this salon by one of my friends that regularly goes there for her facials with zunera and hair treatments with rabia. When i went there i was warmly welcomed by the whole staff, they offered to take my coat and offered warm tea/coffee. I had a herbal facial done by zunera and it was so relaxing and i literally fell asleep while she was doing it, i will be going back for a dermalogica facial soon to see transformation and magic taking place on my face.
I had a haircut done by rabia and again i was very pleased. Whilst I was there and saw offers on waxing treatments, i got waxing done by another lovely lady named Lata.
I highly recommend this salon it is absolutely amazing!
