I am truly unpleased with my last experience. It was supposed to last 2 hrs max, and it ended up being 3 hrs and a half! I was there to translate for my mother-in-law and Nira the hairdresser was the only hairdresser available (poor her!) She has done an incredible good job, she is trying her best to serve as many customers, but all the others were just giggling between reception and massages or whatever they were doing. Because poor Nira has only 2 hands she could only do one customer at a time

Everything was perfect. The tint was many a tiny bit too thick for my liking but other than that everything was brilliant and the ladies were lovely as always
