Booked on day, walked into empty salon but 2 ladies were very confused by me entering and kept asking me why I was there and if I had appointment. Even when they found booking, wasn't a friendly atmosphere.Felt very uncomfortable. The other hair stylist just stood behind staring at me as I took my coat off and the entire way through my haircut without explanation (I wouldn't have minded if I knew what was going on) The haircut itself was ok, but was very rushed and seemed a little careless.
