I had my first Hollywood wax and she was amazing from start to finish. She really adapted to it being my first time, taking her time, explaining each step, and checking in with me throughout. Her calm, friendly energy made me feel so at ease and comfortable. She was very sweet to talk to aswell and the flowing conversations helped the process! I couldn’t have asked for a better first-time experience. Highly recommend!!!!

Elsa is a lovely hairdresser and the experience was really positive. I have highlights that really highlight my skin tone and not overly done. My hair is still in good condition. Elsa had a thorough consultation with me before beginning the process, saying she could achieve the best but also informing me of my options if my hair didn’t cooperate. She was chatty and friendly, and she is good to laugh with. The whole atmosphere is positive at Niha’s and I know my hair will be done fantastically.
