This was my first time getting a Korean Glass Facial and to Nina Cuts & Beauty and I will definitely go back. Laiba was very knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable. Laiba took the time to ask questions and examine my skin before starting so was confident she would adapt the facial to my skin type. It was a very relaxing experience and my face felt great afterwards.

Honestly, I have no idea how this place has so many positive reviews. I have asked for a simple bob, I showed the photos of myself just a couple of months ago as a reference - the lady barely looked at them, started cutting until she cut too short, then she was not able to see that the length is different on both sides, and then her colleague tried to fix it and now it’s just the worst haircut I ever had. I am so upset and angry. There is 0 of care and regard for the customer.

First time getting haircut and wash and blow dry by Shalini for my sister who is very fussy and doesn’t feel comfortable with all hairstylists but Shalini was very gentle and sweet and took care of her and catered for her needs and the style she wanted.

The wax was quick and relatively painless, barring the wax being just a little bit too hot on one occasion. The results were great and after 12 weeks of not being able to arrange an appointment, I am really happy with the result.
