The worst experience at a salon I have experienced. It’s taken me days to leave a review as I’ve been so flabbergasted by the entire experience.
Went for a OPI pedi, which in total took 2 hours from start to finish. Staff shouting at eachother.Absolute worst hygiene I’ve ever witnessed Zero sterilisation. A £10 Argos foot spa used for the terrible pedi.
Smudged the polish twice to the point I got so frustrated I asked for the nail polish and did it myself! Word count not enough for full story

Worst place. DO NOT BOOK. HYGIENE IS A MAJOR CONCERN
Didn’t get seen till at leave 40 mins after my appointment slot. No proper foot bath, instead they have a home foot spa set up on a stool. The foot spa was not properly sterilised after use with the previous client. The water was just changed. Tools also not sterilised after the previous client. Tools left on the floor whilst not in use. Instead of using nail clippers, They clipped my nails a with a cuticle trimmer, that WAS NOT STERILISED. Paid for an OPI gel mani and pedi and also a soak off. They refused to do Gel on my feet. Didn’t have a clue how to remove SNS despite it being the same process as gel, just needing to be soaked in acetone. Attempted to use the drill on my nail but instead had it so high it burnt my nail. The lady who painted my nails was clearly not a trained professional. The paint was uneven and smudged by the time I left. Waste of money. Staff talk to each other so poorly. The staff member Nera should not be allowed to attend to anyone as it seems she isn’t trained. I watched her put cuticle oil on someone’s toes and smudge the whole paint job, so it had to be reapplied.
