Everything was exceptional, Shalini even stayed after salon opening hours to do my balayage. When I came in my hair was blue and when I left she’d transformed it into an amazing blonde. Thank you so much again for the warm welcome and your patience doing my hair! They gave my daughter a hair cut but after she had washed and dried her hair I could tell that they haven’t been cut straight sadly.

I had a great experience at Niha I started off by going to the Croydon branch however the ladies were really sweet and happily took me on to do my hair. My hair was done by Hilay who talked me through the process and helped me make the right judgements for my hair. I was very happy with my results and would definitely go back and ask for her as I truly enjoyed my experience.
