Salon was closed when I arrived, no one answered the phone when I called. I called their sister branch and spoke to someone who said they would find out and let me know. By the time they got back to me I had returned home, and they informed me that the beautician was running late hence the salon was shut. The last time I booked with them I was told the beautician was on annual leave when I arrived for my appointment. Never booking with them again and wouldn't advise anyone to. Awaiting refund.
