The facial was ok, but when I came in I felt they didn’t really want me there. The therapist was asking what I booked and didn’t really explain what she will do. After the treatment she asked me to show the confirmation I have paid event though it should have been on the system. So I wasn’t really satisfied.

THIS IS FOR CROYDON BRANCH
Thorton Heath was closed when I arrived for my appointment at 10am, due to my technician being late. I had to go about 5 mins on the bus up the road to Croydon branch, where I had my removal and reapplication of gel. Croydon were welcoming and apologetic for the inconvenience.

Treatment booked for 10 but treatment didn't start till 10.15 because they were waiting for the wax to heat up. Also took on a wall in while doing my appointment so the therapist was split between us two. Felt very disorganised. Treatment room was really dirty with hair on the floor. Therapist also left the treatment door open while I was laying on the bed waiting for my wax which was awkward. Wouldn't return.
