Horrible experience. Alina the lady who saw me did not know what she was doing. Due to lack of English she didn't understand what I was saying and colored my hair without bleaching it. She said full head color is 60pound. Once they washed my hair and I saw the result I was gobsmacked. Only top bit of my head was colored. Rest of the hair was all black. She kept arguing and said I should have known better. How old am i? Don't I know how hair colouring works! The owner even asked me when did I moved to UK because I have no knowledge of hair colouring.Even though I told Alina when I went in that I haven't coloured my hair in 6years and I don't know how it works. I am not a fussy customer so all I want is full head colour that looks exactly like the sample because I am bored of my all black hair. Once I explained the situation properly the owner said she can fix it but I will have to pay £120. I came in thinking it will be £35 as the website says that is the price for short hair to them telling me £60 to now £120. I was so lost I didn't know what to do. Than she said ok fine pay £80.
They bleached and coloured my hair 2times. Various staff was handling my hair even two new starters! I heard Niha exolaining to Alina with Asian dark hair always tell customers to bleach it. She gave her a quick 5min lesson on hair colouring! My question is if someone has no knowledge of hair colouring why are they allowed to do it.
They didn't even tell me to do a patch test which resulted in me having 3 burns on my scalp. At the time in the salon Niha said its normal for scalp to feel burning sensation!!! When I came home there was 3 patches on my scalp with fresh blood coming out of it. At the end they charged me £5 to clean up my eyebrows again it was a new girl and she didn't know what she was doing. Took 20mins to clean up the brows not even shaping it or anything. I spent 5hours at the shop! Very dissapointed and no energy left to go back and say my scalp is burn because again it will be my FAULT for not having common sense! Even though they are the professionals!

I was very happy overall. My only criticism is that I wasn't asked any questions at all before we started (no consultation as suggested) and also there was no explanation as to what would happen - this was my first time ever for waxing so I would've liked some reassurance. But the staff were friendly and I felt comfortable. It also wasn't as painful as I expected. I will go again and I would recommend.
