On arrival the shop was closed and didn’t open until 10 mins after my appointment time, I was not offered an apology and was still asked to wait another 5 mins before being taken for my treatment. The treatment itself was quite nice-the therapist played relaxing music from her iPad but there was quite a bit of noise from outside of the room ie banging and a child running up and down and crying. The massage part could have been a little slower as it felt a bit rushed. A face mask was applied and I was left for 15 mins (thought that was a little long) when the therapist returned she finished my treatment and told me I could redress and come to the till when I was ready. I wasn’t given any information about my treatment or any advice in fact there was very little conversation at all and when I paid I was told that the treatment (herbal facial) is £25 but another member of staff then corrected the therapist saying that the first treatment is £30 when booking online and then £25 for any further treatment however it’s advertised at £25 in the price list. The treatment was ok but the customer service very poor. I won’t be returning.
