I tried to contact them to confirm the appointment no one answered the phone or replied to my email. When I arrived someone was on the phone and they had no idea I was coming which I found strange as it was booked and paid for through your site. I was booked to have a dry haircut it was not done well and took her all of 5 min I would not recommend this venue to anyone.
Ladies' Haircuts
Although the appointment started a late, it was a great treatment. The room could be made a lot warmer but very relaxing and the therapist was lovely.
Therapeutic Massage
Great, and fast effective treatment (full, leg, bikini line and underarm)
I arrived a couple of minutes late, but it didn't matter as the room was still not ready. Even though I had to wait 15 mins for my treatment, the therapist finished mine on time and was very effective.
Although I don't normally wax, I am trying to get back into it. And teh therapist was kind enough to give me advice regarding post waxing.
Ladies' Waxing
However my booking didn't show in their system, I only had to wait 10 minutes and they could fit me in.
Great facial and knowledgable staff. Will be back.

Amazing! Hena did my full body massage and I must say it was the most relaxing experience ever. Definitely will be recommending all to visit the salon. Thank you for a great treatment. Lovely professional and friendly staff.
