Nikkee is extremely aggressive and rude. She is mean and nasty to her customers and does refund them even after double booking! Please do not go here. My sister booked a an appointment and informed she would be running 5 minutes late, she arrived at 12:20 for her 12:15-12:30 slot and Nikee was well into service for another client. She told her leave and that should would not refund even though she had a slot booked. Others have also had similar experiences

Hadn't gone for a wax in a while, Nikee was great, the wax was fast and almost painless.
