The beautician was great and very friendly, and the room was clean and ambient, just a tad usual going through the gym to get there. Wasn't as quick as I was hoping so made it slightly more painful, but very professional and trusted the experience.

it was my first ever wax but it felt like it was very professional and done well. The lady was very lovely and chatty which made the whole thing a tad easier :)

Professional, friendly and efficient therapist. Open all day on Sunday which was very convenient and last minute appointments available. I felt like I was in good hands, which eased my fear of waxing. And it wasn't so bad, over in a flash! 5 stars
