1). The hairdresser lied about one of the products only being available to buy directly from suppliers. (I found it on Amazon for £5 cheaper - it was the “moofose 2 phase milk therapy conditioner” spray)
2). I felt a bit disrespected that she conned me, and she overcharged me £45 in addition to the £97 I paid for the keratin treatment. I came here to treat myself for my birthday, left upset.
3). She let an elderly, clearly inexperienced woman blowdry my hair, which hurt.
