My haircut is beautiful and the product used on my hair has made it feel lovely and soft! My stylist was absolutely lovely. I was really late for my appointment (30 mins - which I feel terrible about!). I called beforehand expecting them to say they wouldn’t be able to wait (which would have been understandable) but Nicky was super understanding and waited for me to arrive, which means she ended up staying past closing hours! Thank you SO much!!
