It was nice staff and service. But they fully didn't what I asked for with the haircut and blow-dry and the colour looks different applied on both sides of my head. I didn't fully see that until I got home! And I am not happy with it.
I think it is not a bad place but it is not for me, as I like to have done what I ask for.

I’d had a bit of a bad couple of days and booked a spur of the moment balayage treatment as a little pick me up. I went in without any real idea of what I wanted other than ‘natural looking but a change’. Nicki really went above and beyond with this. I put myself in her trusted hands and told her to do as she wished- the colour is absolutely beautiful and she really exceeded expectations with a hair mask and straightened style (I have unruly curly hair). Overall I am very happy with the result, and my hair feels lovely. I would definitely recommend and I will be back when the colour needs a touch up. It did cost a little more than the booking I had made, but considering the service and outcome I was more than happy to pay- maybe just something to keep in mind if you’re on a tight budget. Thank you Nicki :)
