they wanted to charge me £20 extra for just a bleach and a toner, that doesn't even equivalate with a full head of colour!
I didn't have the dye -just the toner applied wrong, and she asked me if I can "come back to correct the mistake".
no blow dry, either, more like a rough dry, no products applied, nothing, pulling my hair continuously.
haircut - a disaster, she got very offended when I dared to say I don't like it.
over £60 spent for the worst experience ever. complained toTreatwell

I have had my hair cut by Mary twice now, and both times have been really pleased with the result. She has a great eye for shaping my hair (which there is a lot of) to make it more manageable. Would recommend!
