Went in for a balayage. Didn't get a balayage, ended up looking like I had bad roots instead. They basically just dyed my hair a cheap looking blonde with no gradient or finesse (which when you're paying £170, you would expect more). Called to complain, went back in for them to fix it three days later. To be fair, they did correct the colour...but no apologies and didn't even finish drying my hair. Would not recommend.

Really happy with my haircut again. Great cut for my hair at a good price. Mary is friendly and listens to what you want. The salon has also adjust really well to the Pandemic, so you feel safe too!
