Had a wash, cut and express blow dry and the express part was no joke. I was in and out within 15/20 minutes max. I didn’t want anything fancy a trim and a tidy up but I have left feeling a bit short changed and the attention to detail is lacking. There was no real communication other than how much I want off and it was super quiet when I went in there as well so they had no reason to rush, all in all a slightly awkward dissatisfying experience.
