My hair barely has a difference after going home and styling. Highlights are nearly non existent as they’ve gotten darker and does not look how I want it. I’m very unhappy and it’s my birthday, nobody should be in tears on their birthday.

I arrived 10 mins earlier than my booked time but Mary saw to me straight away. She understood what I wanted and carried out the wash and haircut efficiently. Mary did a great haircut too.The Salon is nice and clean with fab background music. Drinks were offered to me, but I declined as I always find it awkward and impolite trying to drink a cuppa in salons whilst having my hair cut.
